Using Blender, Procreate and Unity
I was curious to see what could be achieved with the 3d painting option in Procreate. My intention was, to recreate this old roller-ball game ‘Silver bullet’.
I loaded a reference image into procreate, and created the following two pictures. I then exported these as png and used an online website to convert them to svg
I then imported the svg into blender, scaled them by 50 (don;’t ask me why) and added a solidifier modifier to them - so far so good. But no matter what I tried, whenever i tried bringing the model back into procreate, all i got was the object but no way of painting it. I don’t know blender at all, so any tips appreciated.
The blender to unity bit, however, was very straightforward, just had to do some scaling and add a mesh renderer - that was the easy bit.
If i ever figure out the procreate bit, I will update this.
